三创两迁 口述历史
许淑惠
教授，1938年7月出生，福建福清县人。1960年8月毕业于华东化工学院硅酸盐专业，毕业后分配到北京轻工业学院硅酸盐教研室任教，1970年随学校西迁至陕西咸阳，曾担任教研室主任。1987年荣获全国优秀包装工作者奖，1989年获得轻工业部全国轻工系统先进教师。1998年退休，现定居北京梅丽莎·劳奇 。
王金海
高级政工师，1943年10月生，河北满城人，1970年毕业于北京轻工业学院盐业化学专业，毕业后留校任教，同年随学校搬迁至西北轻工业学院。曾任西北轻工业学院校团总支书记、工会主席、纪委副书记、监察处处长等职。2003年退休，现定居咸阳。
三创两迁
“三创两迁”精神的丰富内涵
1．“三创两迁”精神的文化品格是自强不息、艰苦奋斗的创业精神。一栋破烂不堪的教学楼、一些零散的平房和残缺的桌椅，以废铁换来的两台老虎钳起家牛过独木桥 ，开始了在北京的创建和艰苦创业。三年困难时期，我校教职工一边开展教育教学贝才网，一边在北京东郊东坝农场开展生产自给，保证每一名学生不饿肚子。1970年常山人才网，因“三线建设”需要，学校从首都搬迁至陕西省咸阳市黄世博，完成了第一次搬迁福建浔兴吧 ，开始了第二次艰苦创业。
2.“三创两迁”精神的时代内涵是求实创新、锐意进取的科学精神。当今高等教育发展一日千里，速度和质量决定成败。脱离实际、僵化保守，只会使我们在转型发展中落后于时代步伐忘了算了，只会使我们学校在教育改革的滚滚洪流中淘汰出局。

3．“三创两迁”精神的价值取向是扎根西部、服务社会的奉献精神。我校近60年的办学历程高兮妍 ，有48年都是在祖国西部艰苦办学，为服务地方经济发展、解决中西部教育发展不平衡做出了不可磨灭的贡献郑秋泓 。西迁陕西初期的教职工，将青春和热血献给了这块黄土地法拉帝 ，很多人现在已经长眠在为之奋斗、拼搏过的黄土地上。
